Marsh/Bell completed construction of the new Sports Club at Five Forks in Simpsonville, South Carolina in April 2008. The 56,000 sq.ft. facility was completed in nine months and includes floor-to-ceiling windows, a front lobby fireplace, and an outdoor courtyard. In addition to exercise facilities, the new WiFi friendly facility includes a 25 meter pool, basketball gymnasium, aerobics areas, steam room and sauna, and children's facilities.

The Boy Scouts are moving to a new facility after being just off Laurens Rd. for 26 years. The masonry building, highlighted by a rock fireplace as you enter, will give the scouting staff the space it needs to serve its members. There is an assembly room that accommodates approx. 85 people for meetings, a retail area approx. three times larger than the previous area, and administrative areas. A unique detail is the twelve points of scouting that are detailed in granite just before you enter the building. We were proud to be a part of this facility for such a worthwhile organization. Marsh/Bell employees have enjoyed assisting with fundraising efforts in the Powdersville/Easley area, and Dwayne Bell is an eagle scout. See Client Comments.

Corporate Office for Design South Professionals
This is the new headquarters office for Design South Professionals at LINWA Park, a residential and Commercial Community. We were honored when this group of the Upstate's leading architects and engineers asked us to build the new 2-story office they had designed. This brick masonry exterior is highlighted by white Alucobond panels on the main entry corner. You're greeted by a foyer that features a curved receptionist desk with matching overhead lighted soffit. In addition to the professionals' offices, there are several conference areas and a reference library. See Client Comments.
