After completing the Anderson University Library, Marsh/Bell completed the construction of a 44-bed dormitory for Anderson University. The dorm includes a laundry room, a house apartment, and a large recreation room. Marsh/Bell met the needs of the university by completing the project in four months in order to accommodate the increase in student enrollment for the 2007-2008 school year. The sitework was prepared for a total of 6 dorms, one of which is complete.
